Even if you plan to plead guilty, there could be a defense or special reason to avoid disqualification, or an exceptional hardship argument to prevent losing your license. I have successfully helped many clients keep their license, even with 12 or more points.
In some cases, we can persuade the court to impose a shorter disqualification period.
If a defense is not possible, I will be honest, and we will aim to mitigate your case for the lowest possible sentence.
